Can I run the Rooms app on a phone?
The Rooms app does not run on a phone. The Rooms app is designed for a tablet at a meeting room door. Members can book a meeting room on their phone in the Members app or the Branded app.

Can I use a tablet that runs an older operating system than the minimum?
OfficeRnD does not support the Rooms app on a tablet running an operating system older than the minimum. Update the tablet's operating system to the minimum version or later. Then the tablet can run the current version of the Rooms app. If the tablet cannot get the update, replace the tablet.

What if a tablet meets every requirement but the Rooms app still doesn't run correctly?
