The Branded app is a customized version of the Members app. Both apps have the same features and screens, so they have the same device requirements.
Which devices do these requirements cover?
The Members app and the Branded app run on mobile phones. Neither app supports tablets. OfficeRnD has 2 tablet apps, and each one runs on a tablet only:
The Rooms app displays a meeting room schedule at the room door.
The Visitor app checks visitors in and out at reception.
A phone cannot run the Rooms app, and a phone cannot run the Visitor app. Check the tablet requirements for the Rooms app and the Visitor app →
Android requirements
A phone can be the right type of device and still be too old to run the Members app or the Branded app. An Android phone must meet all of the requirements below:
Operating system: Android 10 or later.
Memory: 1 GB of RAM or more.
Free storage: 30 MB.
A working internet connection.
Both apps read bookings, profile details, and community content from OfficeRnD online. An offline phone can't show that data.
iOS requirements
The Android minimums do not apply to an iPhone. An iPhone must meet both of the requirements below:
Operating system: iOS 17.0 or later.
A working internet connection.

FAQs
Can a member use the Members app on a tablet?
The Members app does not support tablets, and the Branded app does not support tablets either. Both apps are built for a phone screen. A member who has only a tablet can open the Member Portal in the tablet's browser instead.
Do the requirements for the Branded app differ from the requirements for the Members app?
