Previously, retired billing plans stayed in every plan list, and staff still selected them for new sales. You can now archive a billing plan that you no longer sell. An archived plan is hidden from new memberships, contracts, one-off fees, and the Member Portal. Existing memberships on the plan keep billing at their current price. Archive a billing plan →
