Dashboard overview

The Balance dashboard compares the projected monthly revenue with the actual revenue.

The four charts at the top of the dashboard provide an overview of:

  • The total invoiced revenue for the selected period (including tax) compared with the projected revenue for the same period.

  • The projected and invoiced revenue amounts per month for the selected period.

  • A comparison between the projected amounts of one-off and recurring (membership) fees for the selected period.

  • A comparison of the paid and unpaid fees for the selected period.

Balance (table)

This table provides a detailed view of the projected and invoiced amounts for each customer in the selected time period:

  • Deposit Collected* – the total amount of all paid deposit fees of the customer.

  • Deposit Refunded* – the total amount of deposit fees already refunded to the customer.

  • Deposit Held* – the total amount of paid deposit fees that have not been refunded to the customer.

  • One-Off Fees – the total amount of one-off fees issued to the customer in the chosen period, regardless of their payment status.

  • Paid One-Off Fees – the total amount of paid one-off fees issued to the customer in the chosen period.

  • Unaid One-Off Fees – the total amount of unpaid one-off fees issued to the customer in the chosen period.

  • Recurring Fees – the total projected amount of prorated membership fees for the customer, based on their existing memberships.

  • Projected Total – the total projected revenue from all one-off and recurring fees.

  • Invoiced Total – the total amount invoiced to the customer in the chosen period.

* Please note that the columns related to deposits are not affected by the "Month" filter and always show values as of the current day.
